We would like to notice that the camera-ready submission and early bird registration deadline has been extended to Tuesday, November 4, 2025. You are kindly requested to complete Camera-Ready Submission and Early Bird Registration at least till Nov. 4 (Tue.) for your presentation and attendance in ICES 2025.

The deadline to make a payment with the 50% Benefits is also until Nov. 4 (Tue.)

※ 50% Benefits:

1) Applicable when an abstract includes both domestic and international presenters; all such presenters qualify for the discount.

2) Eligible for undergraduate students.

Please prepare and format your camera-ready paper using either the Final Abstract Template or the Short Paper Template.

Make sure if your file follows the format.

HOW-TO: Camera-Ready Submission

1. Sign in to the Submission system at the conference site. 

 ICES 2025 ( http://ices.koses.or.kr)

2. Go to "Author" → "Manuscript Management" (top-right menu).

3. Click "Decision Completed" (top-left) to view your accepted papers.

4. For each accepted paper, click "Submit Camera-Ready Paper" on the right.

5. On the paper details page, scroll down to Submit Camera-Ready Paper and upload your final abstract or short paper file.

6. Click "Submission" to complete your submission.
