We would like to notice that you are kindly requested to submit camera-ready submission by Oct. 31(Fri.) for your presentation in ICES 2025.

Please prepare and format your camera-ready paper using either the Final Abstract Template or the Short Paper Template.

Make sure if your file follows the format.

You can download both templates attached in this email or from the Notice in ICES 2025 website (http://ices.koses.or.kr)

HOW-TO: Camera-Ready Submission

1. Sign in to the Submission system at the conference site.

ICES 2025 (http://ices.koses.or.kr).

2. Go to "Author" → "Manuscript Management" (top-right menu).

3. Click "Decision Completed" (top-left) to view your accepted papers.

4. For each accepted paper, click "Submit Camera-Ready Paper" on the right.

5. On the paper details page, scroll down to Submit Camera-Ready Paper and upload your final abstract or short paper file.

6. Click "Submission" to complete your submission.
